📦 Bermuda Delivery & Pickup Policy

We offer convenient weekend local delivery across Bermuda, as well as free local pickup options during the week!

Avoid shipping fees and get your order faster with our two pickup options:

Hamilton Lunchtime Meetup (Monday – Friday)
- Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
- Location: Central Hamilton (exact meetup spot provided upon order confirmation).
- How it works: Perfect for anyone working in town! Select “Hamilton Meetup” at checkout, and we will contact you to coordinate the exact day and location.
Devonshire Workshop Pickup
- Time: Available by appointment.
- Location: Our workshop in Devonshire (address provided upon confirmation).
- How it works: Select “Devonshire Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll send a text/email as soon as your order is packed to arrange a smooth drop-in time.

If you prefer door-to-door delivery, we run an island-wide delivery route every Sunday afternoon.

Delivery Window: Sundays between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Cut-Off Time: Place your order by Friday at 11:59 PM to guarantee delivery on the upcoming Sunday. (Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be scheduled for the following weekend).
Rates:
- Flat Rate: $10.00 island-wide.
- Free Delivery: On all orders over $50.00 .

Weekend Notice: On Saturday, we’ll send a quick text/email confirming that your order is queued for Sunday’s route.
On the Way: You’ll receive a text alert on Sunday when we head toward your parish.
Drop-Off: If you aren’t home, we will leave your package in a safe, shaded spot on your porch/doorstep (weather permitting) and send a photo confirmation.
